Hi Tim, I just subscribed yesterday and you’ve already got new content. Awesome stuff man. Great point about increasing active tissue, specifically in the legs.

Anyway, I just started with that diet 16 days ago and it’s working out nicely!

WOW dude good job right now im looking for a 6pack my personal trainner told me if i get 8% body fat my abs will show right now im 11% body fat? what shud i do to burn body fat run? im not rreally fat i just waant abs so yeah how long does it take to burn 1% body fat so i can get kinda like an idea

I would suggest cardio, Running, jogging, etc. stuff like that. what I do is boxing, and I do both jog and box. and I’ve lost 20 lbs in about 2 months, but thing is I get sick a lot, especially because of allergies so it makes it a little harder but I’m still working on it.

like rirey said just keep up Cardio one of the best body burning fat machine thing, i got a six pack at the moment but im only 14. im trying to get an 8 pack but i have no idea how to train the tendinous inscriptions muscles so im limited to my six pack now. Just trying to bulk up the rest of my body now, good luck

well you can say how long it takes to burn 1% of body fat since every one is different but its simple you want a 6 pack do extra abdominal at the gym and run a mile ever day , and you need to burn more calories then your taking in try to eat veggis and lean meats , drink alot of water . good luck man

You have done an amazing job, you most be very proud over yourself!!! And thanks for the information in the vid, now I finally got it with the smal often meals everyone is talking about! Now im gonna tro train legs and eat about 6 smal meals a day all the way to the summer! Hopfully I will be as succesfull as you have been! Keep it put!
