Atkins Diet???

Anyone who has gone low-carb successfully? Good tips? What foods to start with? I’m basically gong through induction right now but have not gone out to buy the book. Thank you!!

I tried it and it sooo worked. I lost 40lbs in a month, best thing I can tell you is if it is white or was made with something white stay away from it. Also carrots have lots of carbs in them you can still have them just only in moderation. Also once a week or just whenever I got really tried of deiting I would eat something that was moderatly off my diet that way I was still keeping my carbs down but I felt like I was cheating and it really helped to keep me on track.

it doesn’t work. I tried it and a ton of my friends have tried it. you’re constantly craving food. I only know one person who was successful with it and she has godlike willpower. (she could probably sit alone in a room with a chocolate cake for days and not touch it)
but if you’re like normal people, just cut calories and exercise.

atkins diet is not healthy. it increase the change of high attacks and blood clots. I suggest a diet low in trans fat, sodium, and sugar. If you just abruptly reject your carbs, you’re be feeling weak and unfocused all day.

Good lord, don’t do it!!! That diet is the short cut to a heart attack. The man who invented the diet died from clogged arteries weighing in at over 300 pounds.
