Before and After January 2009 to July 2009
Sorry it’s been so long. I’ve been sick and have had to take it easy. But no worries..I maintained my weightloss and am now back to losing the pounds. This video is a before and after…you can gradually see my weight come off…for those who watch, hope this serves as an encouragment. If I have done this well, you can too.
