my boyfriend is going on atkins, any tips for someone going on the atkins diet?
He is looking to get some tips. I am not a big meat eater at all, I used to be a vegan so I really can’t help him much when it comes to tips because I’m not much of a meat person. He is starting his diet tomorrow and is going into his 2 week induction a.k.a phase 1. Anyone have any tips? suggestions? or success stories?
