Love the holidays!!! Going to be a sad one this year tho. My nephew leaves for Afghanistan Dec 10. God bless our troops. We love you Kris. But, I’m ready for some pumpkin pie.

I think my favorite tip was the sugarless gum – I do that all the time to help with cravings! I’ve never thought to bring some gum when you’re at a holiday party – thanks!! :)

Awesome vid! The Holiday Trifecta (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Chanukah, and New Nears) is always the toughest! Another little trick is to use smaller plates instead of giant ones, that way you don’t feel like it’s empty when you take a little less.
